There are two common errors made during logging in when dialing your Dialups.US account.

First, when setting up your dialup program, you must enter your username in the form myusername@dialups.us. Entering only myusername without appending the @dialups.us to it will not work.

Second, be sure to include the first 's' in dialups.us. myusername@dialup.us <--- Will not work. Notice that the 's' after dialup is missing.

Once you have successfully established your normal connection to Dialups.us, in order to take advantage of your access to the 14x accelerator, you will need to run the Megaboost program and login. Enter your username in the form username@fastdialups.us and your password. Notice the use of fastdialups.us instead of just dialups.us in your username entry when logging into the MegaBoost software.

If you want to cancel your account, click on My Account in the main menu. Login using your dialups.us user email and password. Choose to edit your Account Information. Choose to cancel your account and click Save.

Click My Account in the main menu. Enter your dialup user email and your password. Again, the dialups.us user email is in the form myusername@dialups.us.

No. Not unless you are using our Accelerated 14X Megaboost account which does require that you install a simple program on your computer to enable this feature.
